DISK CONCENTRATE

Purpose

Liquid concentrated acid foam detergent intended to remove rust, oxide and salt films from ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Areas of application

Intended for contact cleaning of ferrous and non-ferrous discs from traces of corrosion and salt deposits.

Recommended for professional use only.

General guidelines and dosage

Working solution concentrations – 1/10-1/20. The working solution shall be prepared by dilution with water in a plastic container, applied to contaminated surfaces with a trigger or brush, with subsequent exposure for 5-15 minutes and flushing with a jet of water or with DAC. The product can be used at temperatures from 0^оС to 35^оС. Storage and transportation of the product can be carried out at temperatures from +45^оС to -25^оС. The product does not freeze, but should be shaken after storage at low temperatures.

Composition

Softened water, sulfamic acid, corrosion inhibitor, NAEI less than 5%.

Technical data

Appearance, odor – translucent liquid of color from light yellow to light brown, without a characteristic odor.

Density – 1.23-1.26 g/cm³

Storage from -40^оС to +40^оС without freezing.

Chemical character – non-ionic.

Water solubility – complete at any ratio.

pH of 1% solution 2±1

Ability to biodegradation – more than 90%.

Safety

Avoid using the product, the concentrate and working solution at temperatures below 0°C, on the skin, mucous membranes, clothes, stomach. Do not spray the product using DAC, foam generator, sprayer.

Overexposure of the working solution and its drying on the surface of paints, aluminum and metallized parts, especially at temperatures above 25°C can lead to irreversible damage.
