Aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid
- For acid treatments
Aqueous solutions of hydrochloric acid (VRSK) are used in the oil industry:
- For well completion after drilling;
- Increasing the hydroconductivity of low-permeability reservoir sections;
- Recovery of productivity of production wells and injectivity of injection wells.
The concentration of VRSK is from 6% to 35% by weight.
VRSK are compatible with acid corrosion inhibitors RHZOL IKK.

SAFETY
Highly concentrated hydrochloric acid is a corrosive substance. Causes severe chemical burns on contact with skin. Eye contact is especially dangerous. To neutralize burns, a solution of a weak base, or a salt of a weak acid, usually baking soda, is used.
When opening vessels with concentrated hydrochloric acid, hydrogen chloride vapor, attracting moisture from the air, forms a mist that irritates the eyes and respiratory tract of a person.
Reacts with strong oxidizing agents (chlorine, manganese dioxide, potassium permanganate) to form toxic chlorine gas.
The circulation of hydrochloric acid in the territory of the Russian Federation with a concentration of 15% or more is limited!
