RHZOL IKK
- reduction of corrosion aggressiveness to the metal surface in acidic compositions
RHZOL IKK – acid corrosion inhibitor based on alkoxylated alcohol derivatives and mixture of non-ionic surfactants. It is a low viscosity liquid of yellow to brown color. The pH level of the product is in the neutral range, less often kept in the slightly alkaline range. Temperature of flow loss in the original composition is minus 55°C.
RHZOL IKK is perfectly soluble in water, in aqueous solutions of acid compositions and acids such as hydrochloric, formic, acetic, sulfuric, hydrofluoric acids which exhibit excellent inhibiting properties in corrosion protection means of metal surfaces. RHZOL IKK is applied in sufficiently low dosage compared to standard acid corrosion inhibitors based on quaternary ammonium compounds and other compounds. It is also compatible with the produced fluid, blanketing fluid and other chemical reagents which are used in oil and gas production processes.
RHZOL IKK is a highly effective surfactant mainly applied in acidic compounds to reduce their corrosiveness to the metal surface.
RHZOL IKK has been tested for toxicity and showed minimal toxicity in acid combinations with RHZOL IKK at the concentration of 1.0 l/m3.
