«Nordway-Form» is a high quality formiate-based intermediate coolant used for various types of cooling equipment.
Depending on the concentration of «Nordway-FORM» / water mixture cooling is possible down to the level of –60°С. The product combines excellent thermophysical characteristics, which best correspond to various cooling tasks, with good anticorrosive properties of inhibited aqueous formiate solutions.
«Nordway-FORM» is best suited for cooling systems with low operating temperatures (food processing, frozen products, ice cream, etc.).
OPERATIONAL BENEFITS
Excellent thermal and physical characteristics. Formiate-based coolants represent the best choice for refrigeration systems with low operating temperatures in the range from -10 до -60°С. Due to excellent thermophysical and environmental properties, Nordway-FORM coolants are best suited for use in refrigeration systems of refrigeration plants, food processing plants, ice facilities, ice rinks.
Minimal corrosion impact. Qualitatively selected corrosion inhibitors intended for formiate coolnats ensure extended service life of equipment. The corrosion effect of formiate coolants Nordway-FORM is less than 0,1 g/m2, which corresponds to GOST 28084-89. For comparison, calcium chloride 28% corrosivity determined for cast iron is 21 g/m2. In case pf aluminum it reaches 9,8 g/m2.
ECOLOGICAL ADVANTAGES
Application of Nordway-FORM allows users to simplify the processes of waste materials disposal and sewage discharge. As a result, ecological efficiency will be expressed in reduction of fines, simplification and cheapening of procedures required for approval of projects of new enterprises, etc.
Nordway-FORM 60
Designed for operation in temperature conditions varying from +40°С to -60°С. Possesses excellent thermophysical properties, low corrosive activity, is low dangerous (4th class of hazard).
Recommended for use in refrigeration systems at production facilities with the operating temperature of up to -60°С.
